Modifications to HW2

The second assignemnt has been updated with a few more clues and assumptions:

• You can ignore aliasing in all of the theoretical questions (see paragraph in the beginning of the dry part).
• An assumption was added to question 3.
• Question 4 was rephrased in order to make it clearer.
• Tips for getting better results have been added to the second bullet in the wet part.
